Amazing
I am so impressed with this cooler. Externally, it is a nice matte black color which allows it to blend in with any room color or decor. Additionally, the color and design makes the cooler look super sleek and elegant; it is perfect For Any professional setting. Internally, there is a lot of space. It has enough shelves For me to fit everything I need and Then Some. Additionally, The cooler isnt Very loud which is Great. The temperature is easy to set and adjust. In the time period I've had it, I'm super happy with this purchase.

Good refrigerator, no installation services at delivery. 45 cu ft merchandiser
I am very happy with the 49 cu ft merchandiser refrigerator. Delivery was on time, and the customer service was excellent. HFT freezer refunded the cost of movers to get the fridge into my house after the unit was left outside in a snowstorm. They responded quickly, and I really appreciate it. If you get one of these units, be prepared to have 4 guys to get it through your doorway (for residential deliveries, into a home). 2 to tip it over, and 2 to catch it

Good looking and good size
The media could not be loaded. Simple installation.The refrigerator size is perfect. Temperature stability. It is easy to use. Good looking. Also equipped with two completely separate independent switches for the lights. The price is reasonable.

It’s okay.
Looks great in my storefront to hold sea moss gel and gummies. It is a little hard to open the door if you don’t hold the refrigerator in place, which caused me $300+ dollars. A customer went to open the door and the shelves gave way, causing all of my products to fall. I don’t like the locking mechanisms on the shelves either since they do not “lock” the shelves in place. One tilt at the front of the shelf and everything is coming down. Also, it’s a pain to lock the wheels to keep the refrigerator from moving. Now I assist the customers with what they need out of the refrigerator to avoid accidents, which is an inconvenience and defeats part of its purpose. However, it does hold a nice temperature and it ‘looks’ professional.

Received pretty fast
The media could not be loaded. I was comparing other brands, Cotllin is look good and the size is perfect. I saw a lot reviews I think I’m should gut it. After I’m ordering they are calling for confirm the address. They chipping pretty fast and professional.I’m just open box so exciting light and temperature also can adjust.I love it.

Extremely delayed & Damaged
We received our long awaited fridge. That was delayed about a week and was damaged on the top . We have missed hit launch times for our restaurant and two important dates because of the delay delivery so you can imagine how disappointed and unsatisfied when we got it out of the box damaged

Excellent Product, Outstanding Customer Service
I ordered the cooler for my home to have as a drink cooler. The product arrived quickly, but there was a small defect from shipping. I contacted customer service and they quickly corrected the issue and was more than outstanding in their response. I would definitely Italy but from them again.
