Not the best for a special day
Chose of rating is because I bought ELLA for my daughters christening and after trying to blow them up n wasting almost a full bottle of helium I found two letters had holes in. So instead of 30 balloons n her name I had only enough helium for 8 balloons and an E and an L. Not a good start to a special day.
