Lovely diffuser, works well and looks pretty. Doesn’t look cheap. Impressed.

I absolutely loved this item, until about 4 weeks afyer buying I started to notice that I was getting a silvery/white substance on my hamds when I picked it up, and then 3 days later all the coating started to melt away and leaving a silver/white waxy substance all over, I washed it off and just put plain water in the well and again it did the same, so I knew it wasn't to do with with the essential oils I had put in. I have now thrown this away as it was a hazard

The media could not be loaded.  Really nice product but did arrive broke, I have had a refund and reorderd it hopefully this one is better

So great . Before I had Neom same size and in my opinion this diffuser way better. Perfect size you can choose any color you want or just leave flow. Absolutely love it.

4 months old& stopped workingSparks coming from bottom when plugged in .

Looks lovely, but definitely not silent. Hard to control with remote. My other diffuser has a lovely stream of scent but this one is very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.

Really beautiful diffuser but unfortuantly returned due to large amount of water being released as steam

This is slightly smaller than my original one which have up the ghost, but then my new bedroom is appalled so they compliment each other! I just cannot be without my "smellie". Thank you.
