A lot of hype over Bondic but disappointed with first few uses, like anything the more you use something the better you get at it, I'm hoping this is going to be the case with this product. One big grudge is it's very easy to waste a lot of the glue just by taking the cap on and off, so beware of this issue.Tried it on a job in the car but to be disappointed, out came the epoxy resin job done, however the second repair to my electric shaver was abit more successful, so I suppose it's like a glove think it fits all hands but only fits the hand the same size as that glove.Hope this helps some buyers.

The product does what it says, works fine.I was far from pleased with what arrived though. The 'pen' with the light on the end (Loose fitting) placed inside a plastic bag with instructions. That's it?For £17.00, I at least expected it to be inside the tin case I have seen elsewhere. This has turned out to be a very expensive product (mistake) I shall not be purchasing again.I used the JML version which is much cheaper and just as effective.

I must admit I was skeptical of this product and bought it out of interest in the concept as much as anything else but it's actually really rather good!Like anything it of course has its limitations, one thing I would encourage you to keep in mind, the surface the plastic is adhered to needs to be rough or it won't stay on, it's not an adhesive, it's more akin to epoxy resin. That being said it's very strong for what it is, it's succeeded at a repair job where araldite rapid failed, I would say the adhesion is similar to araldite but this stuff is stronger once set.Two final tips, shine the light on the plastic for twice as long as recommended, the cure time varies a lot depending on thickness and such, also try to avoid touching the plastic right after its cured it has a bit of residue on it for a few seconds after it cures.Overall very good product, does what it says it does if used correctly and appropriately.

Cheap quality feel, the UV light is actually a keychain fob attached via the orange cradle to the glue container. The container is very soft, so liquid oozes out at the slightest squeeze. I wanted the 'nice' metal box to protect the kit, but the box came glued to the bottom of the packaging and scratched, so not so nice.Tried a few applications. The liquid hardens quickly, but it does not seem to harden completely, glass-like as I was hoping. Still has a sticky feel even after shining a stronger UV light on it.Another issue is that the container proved to be very leaky over a longer term, with glue everywhere: in the box, on one's fingers ... How can somebody produce and sell something so poorly thought ?

I am disappointed so far.I tried to use it but found it difficult to harden with the uv light which I gave up on.It seem to work on the edges but not harden in the middle.

Okay it's safe to say when I bought this i was skeptics but hopeful. I have a pair of rimless glasses that I adore but broke WAY before their time. After performing a loose (bad) repair they needed major reinforcement which is where Bondic came in!! And I'm ecstatic to say that it worked!! They are MUCH sturdier and hopefully strong enough to last a LOT longer!!(I included a pic, yes my repair looks bad but I can wear/see through them and the glue is doing the job and is practically invisible)
