Very good value for money and it doesn't burn the milk like in the sauce pan. I would definitely recommend this product.

Keeps warm, great as I can pour hot water in first to heat the surroundings of the jug.

this is great but does whistle in a slightly annoying way, which i hadnt realised before buying. GOt is for melting wax for candle making so need to keep it on the simmer and a whistle isnt ideal for me but great quality otherwise.

First of all, the product was well packed and arrived on time. Using it is straight forward. I use it to boil milk prior to making yogurt Fill about 200 ml water through the outside valve and then pour milk into the container and heat. Though a lid a not supplied, use a lid - one with a tiny hole to let off steam. Put it on gas and set to medium heat and as the milk heats the whistle begins to blow, well in the beginning it is not really a whistle just sound of steam escaping which is of course what it is. But quite quickly you will hear a shrill whistle when the milk begins to boil. Time to take if off the gas and pour the milk into another container otherwise is takes more time to cool down. And it is as simple as that.

It does the job, but I've noticed that some parts of the pot heat more unevenly than I'd prefer, which can affect cooking outcomes.Ease of use remains a concern. The handle design hasn't improved over time, and it's still not as comfortable to grip as I'd like. Pouring from this pot can still be a bit awkward, which affects its user-friendliness.Quality-wise, it feels average and hasn't shown signs of exceptional durability. While it hasn't broken or malfunctioned, it also hasn't displayed impressive longevity or robustness.In summary, after a year of using the Haushalt International Milk Pan Simmer Pot, it continues to be an average product in my kitchen. It offers versatility but falls short in terms of appearance, ease of cleaning, heat distribution, and user-friendliness. If you're looking for a milk pan or simmer pot with more standout features and better quality, you might want to explore other options on the market.

Water leaks from the rim of the vessel if you try to pour from it.

Great for the Christmas season glühwein. Many other uses but obviously non as important as the glühy.I've never seen these before but I was very impressed by the style, function and versatility of this one.It could easily find it's way into the day to day kitchen routines.
