A great way to protect your teeth through heavy lifts but also to get a lot more power! I have been looking at the research behind this and the conclusions seem very strong for the positive impact this has on strength. Especially useful if using during competitions to get an extra edgeThe moulding process isn’t difficult and only requires a glass and some hot water. Make sure that you don’t burn your self so allow sufficient cooling of the product before putting it into your mouth. Once molded, this doesnt have to be done again.

Easy to mould to your teeth u like others I've tried, I use it to stop me grinding my teeth and its been perfect for that.It's also extremely comfortable to wear as others I've had dig into your gums but this one is nice and rounded and sits over them comfortably

I used it for my lower teeth only, followed the instructions step by step, it was a bit too thick for me, it didn't fully mould it to the shape of my teeth, I didn't have a water temperature device, so not sure if the water was hot enough, I used the kettle water so it should be hot enough, maybe needed to leave it a bit longer (left it about 60 sec.) but I didn't want it to become too soft (because I had similar product and can become too soft if left long). Anyhow it was still too thick to use it for a long time but it is comfortable and did not cause any discomfort or pain, but I think it's crucial to get the water temperature right for it to mould to the shape of your teeth correctly so better if you have a water temperature device. I got 2 piece came in separate case, which is quite expensive (£28.98 at the time of this review) but they do single piece as well. Personally I use it to solve a dental problem, not sure how it would work as mouth protection.I gave 3 star because it was too thick for me and didn't fully mould to the shape of my teeth and find the pricing a bit too high.

Each mouthguard is stored in its own individual plastic storage box.The instructions for getting a custom fit are straightforward. Due to requiring the mouthguard to be placed in water for 30-40 seconds at a temperature of 70-80 degrees centigrade to soften the material to be able to acquire a custom fit, means a thermometer will be required. Luckily I had a food thermometer to hand and I heated up some water in a glass bowl in my microwave.The custom made fit I acquired by following the instructions does align well to the shape of my teeth. Although I am unsure whether I bit with the right tension or should have bitten a little harder when getting the fit. I was a bit apprehensive about how hard to bite down on the mouthguard during the fitting stage. Especially as the information states to not bite through it! I did not want to destroy the mouthguard.Not being used to wearing a mouthguard because this is the first one I’ve used; my mouth has had excess saliva with the mouthguard in place. Having read up, this seems to be a natural reaction of the mouth thinking the mouthguard is food and an excess of saliva or drooling reaction should subside after frequently being worn for decent lengths of time. I would advise it is probably best to do this during evenings at home. Drooling over equipment at the gym won't look so appealing to other gym users!One thing which seems to be missing from the provided information is a care guide for the mouthguard and a recommended method of cleaning it between uses. Seeing as hygiene is important.

I actually use these to stop my teeth from grinding at night and they work.Easy to mould into your comfortable fit. Follow instructions.No chemical taste and very easy to clean.
