if you take several or chuncky pills, else go for the standard size.
i bought this one and the standard dual one. a container with a size just in between would have been perfect. it's big but still ok for a key holder. very robust. part of revenue goes to HIV research fund. comes in a nice box, perfect for christmas gift.

Love, Love this item. It is so well made and solid. I use it to keep my diabetic medication in. I know that it isn't the cheapest on the market, but you wont be disappointed with it.
