Really nice set with many handy side benefits
This is a really nice set of power banks with several well-thought out features. First, each power bank easily charges by dropping it into the charging station. But if you're out and about and aren't near the charging station, you can also use a USB-C cable and input to the power bank to re-charge. If you have a family that needs to grab power banks occasionally, you can set this by the door and grab them as needed while always having a fully charged unit on hand. The power bank itself has a flip-up lid that makes an L shape after opening. When open, there is a small compartment with cables that will charge via USB-C, USB-micro, or Lightning. So more than likely, if you've got a phone to charge, there is a built-in cable to handle it. This is great because I hate carrying around a power bank and cable to charge my phone when I'm out and about. But it would also work to recharge Apple TV remotes (old or new) and things like that where it would be much easier to not have a cord tethering you to one spot if you don't have outlets handy. The built-in cables aren't long but they do allow you to plug in the phone, close the lid, and then set the phone next to the power bank for a smaller footprint. It will fit inside of a pocket easily even when connected. And if you need to talk while charging, it's thin enough that you can leave it plugged in while talking and just hold them both to your ear. That's much better than dragging along a 4-6 foot charging cable and then having to roll it up to fit inside of your pocket. If you're sitting somewhere and want to use your phone while charging, the phone easily rests against the back of the L-shaped lid which turns the power bank into a min phone stand while charging. So you can use it to watch a game, movies, etc on the road. And if you need to charge something else (or a second device), you can use the built-in USB-A output port on the power bank in addition to the built-in cables.I have a few power banks that are small and compact but have weird re-charge connections that aren't practical (ie Goal Zero Flip). These come with a charging station where you just drop the power bank in when you need a re-charge and it does it for you. You put it down in either direction so as long as you have the side with the connectors facing down, you just drop and go. Then just pick it up when you're ready to use it again. The base of the charging station also has a few extra USB-A ports that allow you to charge additional devices as needed.

Their packaging team needs some improvement
The Pigebak Duo works well but the people packing the product need to clean the area a bit. The pictures show what would seem to be strands of hot glue on the base, the was cleaned off easy enough but a new device should be pristine when the box is opened. Other than the odd "stuff" on the dock the product works well. I like power banks for recharging devices while traveling and this is an improvement by including the connector cables under the device hood. The dual battery charging stand also includes three USB-A ports for additional charging capabilities. I like the product and would recommend it.

Perfect Solution for All Devices
Over the years, I've purchased many auxiliary batteries for my USB-powered devices. All of them have come with issues. Typically, an auxiliary battery comes with its own charging cable. Granted, they are usually standard cables, but you still need to remember to pack them along with the battery. Then you need to be sure that the output of the battery will match a cable that also fits your device. These batteries have plenty of power and are rated at 8000mAh. They fit into a charging dock that has its own AC adaptor. While they are charging, blinking LEDs notify you of the state of charge. The batteries have a metal cover than opens like a door. Inside the door are two permanently attached cables. One of the cables has two connectors - a micro USB and a USB-C. The second cable has an Apple lightning connector. In addition, the batteries have a USB port that you can connect any USB cable to, as well as as USB-C port that you can use to charge the battery without the dock. The dock itself is well styled and securely holds both batteries. There are charging contacts in the dock that charge the batteries without a cable. The dock also has three USB ports, allowing you to charge other devices even as your batteries are being charged. My iPhone 12 Max Pro has a battery capacity of about 4,000 mAh. Based on the numbers, I should be able to get two full charges from each Pigebak battery. Based on experience, though, I know that not all of the power actually gets transferred, as there are losses along the way. I conservatively expect to get about 1 and a half full charges from each Pigebak. If you need an auxiliary battery for your phone or other devices, you should take a close look at the Pigebak. Two batteries, a stylish charger, and the versatility to charge just about anything that operates on USB power made the Pigebak a no-brainer for me.

very useful auxiliary batter to recharge phone and other devices
Useful to have charging cables attached to the auxiliary battery, and stow beneath metal cover on the battery. Connector for USB C, mini USB and apple. Tried all three on android and apple products, all three charged fine. Lights on auxiliary batter lets you know the status of the charge, both while in use and while charging in the stand. Stand can charge both batteries at the same time.Batteries and stand all seem sturdy and well made. I anticipate getting a lot of use out of this product.
