Animalium Poster Book (Welcome To The Museum)

We bought this along with the original Animalium book as we wanted to put some of the prints up in our hallway and stairs and the price was fairly low for both when we ordered. We weren't sure of the size of the posters in this book when we ordered, but the prints are exactly the same size as the original book - I was hoping some would be a bit larger. It contains all the full page plates from the original Animalium book, with the variation of a black and white version on the reverse of each print. I'm really pleased with the posters, and am glad we ordered both the poster book and the original book so we can have the posters framed on the walls and still read the book.

These illustrations are beautiful, and the posters are great quality. Can't fault them. I put a number of them in frames, they're a slightly odd size so popped them into black16 X 12 frames with a white background, look great. Ran a knife down the serated edge before framing.

I already own the Botanicum poster book from the same series and I absolutely love it. Animalium is as beautifully illustrated as it is. The drawings are lovely and would look great in a kids room etc.The only issue I had was that some of the posters were really hard to take off without ripping them.

Absolutely beautiful posters. Was a gift for my sister who loved it.

Fantastic product that means I have a great choice of images to use as posters. I already have the postcards and book so knew what to expect of the illustrations - I love them!

Stunning illustrations and beautifully bound collection of posters. Such good value considering each poster looks like a limited edition print.

The pictures are beautiful, as they are in the main book, however the selection of the pictures for the poster book is not so great. If you want posters of fish or insects it’s perfect, but if you want pictures of mammals there is only a very small selection. Quite disappointing really.
