I was having pain from clenching my teeth while I slept. The beginning of TMJ, which my dentist said will only get worse. I purchased this pillow based on a review of a similar issue. My pain is completely gone. I love this pillow. It goes with me while traveling too. If this keeps the TMJ from getting worse, or at the least, slows down the progression, it is more than worth the money. I have not had a jaw lock or crack since I started using this pillow.

I bought this due to the statements about relieving neck pain. I did not experience any neck pain relief—just the opposite. There is a stiff plastic insert around the edge of the pillow. The insert became painful after a short time. In my opinion, the pillow is wildly overpriced and I did not experience any of the claimed benefits.

It's a cozy neck pillow that gives me a comforting hug around my neck. It's very soft and supportive, I'm so glad that I came across it. Just what I was looking for to help me with my neck pain. I use it all the time, not just while traveling.
