I bought this to fill in some drill holes in upvc window frames. It worked well and the holes are now hard to see - exactly what I wanted. It also filled in gaps between the window frames and the walls.

Easy to use and value for the money and good finish

The sealant was delivered in standard Amazon box, no packing but came with attached nozzle unlike some other reviews. I had a few jobs that needed to be done both external and internal around the house. The majority of the work was on wooden window frames, but I also used on UPVC front door and some smaller jobs on plaster. The first point of note is that the tube had a expiry date of May 25 so less than than 12 months which wasn't an issue for me as I plan to use the majority on first use but I was surprised by such a short date here. The next point of concern was the viscosity of the sealant itself, it is quite thin (again as mentioned by other reviewers). This on applying can be a benefit as it flows exceptionally well and goes in to all gaps, crevices with great ease. However to my annoyance it does seem to run off the gun much to easily causing some more mess and a small amount of product wastage. A more experienced applicator may be able to work it better than me, but I found I was wiping excess of the gun on a regular basis. I did take a picture so show this excess for reference. After application the appearance looks good, excellent flow as mentioned and a very clean white look. The drying is also not as fast as I hoped, it was still quite soft and pliable after 1-2 hours so please take this in to consideration - my conditions was a warm dry day at 20C. It states 24 hours through dry and this seems to be the case in good conditions. Overall I am going to give 4 stars, as it does look good when finished, as in the heading I probably would have given 3.5, as it was one of the most expensive sealants but as it is on highly visible external windows I wanted it to last! Whether it does, and does not discolour or crack then will inivitably determine how happy I am. Time will tell... and I will review if anything changes, the company states lifetime guarantee on the tube, lets hope they are right.

Over time i noticed that water was somehow staining the wall near a window inside. I noticed a hairline crack forming overtime and damp patches around it. As this was near the window, it was pretty clear there was a leak coming in from outside when it was raining. As a result i sought to look for the leak and it was clear that some of the old sealant from the outside was no longer doing its job. I purchased the Unibond sealant and it worked exactly as expected. It is a white colour, so matched the prior sealant and was easy to apply. You will need one of those cartridge guns to push out the sealant. It took some time for it to dry so I would recommend doing this whilst the weather is good to give it at least 24 hours for it to rest. After which, it will be great at preventing water from entering. Good product 5/5

First batch cake yellow when used... Have had a replacement from Amazon and the second batch was in fact white.... Imo frame silicone is better than this product and more economical. This is very expensive for what it is. Finish is not what I was looking for either.

Be', non c'è che dire, un silicone sigillante per serramenti che riesce davvero a sigillare anche i più piccoli fori tra la cornice e il vetro. Fluido a sufficienza da uscire alla perfezione dall'apposita pistola, sigilla la finestra a prova di spifferi!

Sigillante per esterni di altissima qualità. Nulla a che vedere con saratoga o affini. Dopo un anno dell'installazione il prodotto è perfetto e non accumola polvere. Un po' caro ma ottimo
