My daughter loves music, and so a family friend bought her this for her birthday - she loves it !The box comes with the pendant itself (which is wrapped separately to ensure it stays safe in transit), a black backing pad that you can mount it on before giving it as a gift (or for display purposes), and a separately-packaged dust wipe. The presentation box is purple, with a nice purple and white wave pattern underneath, which serves as the box's clasp.The pendant is beautiful - whoever crafted it has an eye for design. It depicts a stylised gold-plated heart atop a .925 sterling silver treble note, making it a great gift idea for somebody who has a love of music, perhaps a romantic interest which started over music, or similar.The pendant measures 1.38" x 0.67", and is attached to an 18" chain which you can thread behind the backing pad, to ensure it is presented beautifully to the recipient. The total weight of the pendant *and* chain is 4.5g, so it is a very light item to wear (which is obviously very important for a necklace, particularly a ladies necklace).My daughter is really pleased with it.
