Removing the plastic & tape from the inside was a bit difficult. There was also no printer cable to connect physically with an end device. The mobile app was easy enough to use. A good network printer for a SOHO.

I have always been an HP person, HP does not disappoint with this printer. The color is great; the speed is good; setup was not difficult at all and was done on the first try; wireless connections have not been any issue; and overall, this is a great value for the price.

Need an instructions manual. Finally got it all set up & installed, had difficulty opening the cartridge door, realized MUST close lid of copy section first. Otherwise, am quite happy with it.

Purchased to replace my old All in One. The black ink cartridge would not install into the printer so that I could set it up. Contacted HP Customer Service/Technical Help. Because of their convoluted system of helping me, it took an hour just to get another ink cartridge. Then it took a week before I received it and it was a completely different cartridge than what I needed. Contacted them a second time. This also took an hour to complete even though I wanted the same thing. I also insisted that the cartridge be expedited because I didn't want to wait another week. 4 days later, FedEx still hadn't received the package. Called a third time. Initially this representative couldn't even find the request even though I had the email correspondence and associated work order number. After insisting that she was doing something wrong, she finally found the request and insisted that the package had been shipped. I told her that I had the tracking number and that FedEx still had not received the package. She then tried to blame it on the weekend even the the work order was done on a Thursday and stated that there was nothing that she could do to help me. I told her to cancel the entire work order and that I was sending the printer back and that I would never purchase an HP product ever again.

I use the printer for home use. The price was affordable. It has all the features I wanted, especially the FAX, and a very fast printing speed

This printer is refurbished but you can’t tell it is, it’s packaged like new and set up was an breeze, only problem I had was installing the ink cartridges and you tube helped me with that. 😂 connecting to HP Smart didn’t require me to do anything but sign in, the printer connected automatically, soon as I opened app printer popped up, my last HP printer I had to connect it to WiFi not this one, it automatically connected with app. Printing via phone is a breeze also, can’t go wrong with this purchase! Ps, I had HP instant ink with my last printer, and cancelled subscription b/c printer wasn’t printing properly and I was wasting money with HP instant ink, I went with this printer b/c of the 6 months free. But Ink does arrive before your printer runs out, that’s one thing I never had an issue with, if anything I had more ink cartridges than I used. 😂 printing from app and Faxing from app works with no issues also!

There are setup ink cartridges that come with this printer. Until setup is complete, only these cartridges can be used. Well, the clip on the setup K cartridge was damaged so that it would not clip in place. Any other HP 910 K ink cartridge was not accepted (I tried two). I managed after many tries to get it to stay in place long enough to complete the setup. This is a malicious tactic on HP's part and should not be allowed. HP's purpose in doing this is to push HP+ and ink subscription on you with the marketing strategy of so-called "free ink" for so many months. Once HP's ink subscription offer is accepted, the firmware is modified permanently and irrevocably so that only HP ink can be used. After doing the setup with HP Smart, the driver software must be installed to get the scan to work. There are a couple of gotcha's in the installation. First, it hangs with a blank screen. One must choose to install the basic drivers only on the previous page. This is a link in the text. Then one is asked what the printer password is. Choose Cancel. And one is asked all over again if one wants the ink subscription. I always answer "no", "skip", "decline", or "do not enable" to all the questions.

Like the speed of printing , two sided capability, and its discounted refurbished price. Dislike nothing so far!
