These are amazing additions to a work out! They are honestly a work out in themselves. Get the handles to go with them and the possibilities are nearly endless! I wrap it around a stair rail and it allows me to do squats, simulate bench press, takes the place of any free weight exercise you could imagine! Seriously a great buy! I actually canceled my gym membership this week because I can buy more of these bands at different weights for less than my monthly fees at the gym. Also a great factor, these are super portable. Just throw them in your bag and workout anywhere! On the beach, in the woods, on a camping trip, on a cruise, on the bus, on a plane, on your break at work, in your car, seriously anywhere! Don't hesitate, well worth the money!

I use these tubes for physiotherapy and they work very well. Had purchased some from Lifeline in the past but they don’t ship to Canada anymore for some reason. Lifeline won’t tell you how to put the plugs in if you want to shorten them as they want you to buy another tube. In the past you could buy lengths of tubes and the plugs so custom lengths could be made for different applications. They no longer offer that either so I had to go a different route as a workaround. Will buy again when these wear out. If they are still available.

This is an excellent product and performs as advertised. I've been using these items for over twenty years. The ease of use, the resistance is accurate, they are very durable and will last for years if cared for. I have recommended these products to my family and friends for years. I hope that they continue to be available for many years to come.
