Citicholine has been my Moms supplement it helps in her Mental Health , the delivery package arrive earlier than the expected date, packaging is good, seller is accomodating she send the supplement earlier than the expected date, I was waiting to be in discount again , I will purchase more for my Mothers Mental Health .

Citicoline for better memory, we were taking it. Yet to see the effect

I have been struggling a lot with my memory, especially with remembering people's names. After doing research, I learned about Citicoline. It takes about 2-3 weeks for your body to build it up to start experiencing the effects of it. Citicoline has helped in clarity, focus, enhancing my ability in recollection, and even energy in the sense of the ability to stay vigilant throughout the day that I think helps to enhance retaining details from day to day memory consolidation. I recommend Omega 3's to take daily with it, as it is been researched significantly in its role in the brain's functionality. I do suggest that when you take it I recommend doing it in the morning as I have noticed it can result in the inability to fall asleep effectively with again, the enhancing of the mind's clarity, etc. I would like to finish by suggesting to please make this supplement capsule using Gelatin-FREE capsules.
