Excellent exercise bike, the best for the money in my opinion.

it's sturdy but somewhat lightweight. Rocks about a bit & creaks a lot but should do the job. I expect it to last a 2/3 years even though we use it regularly. Good value for its price

This arrived very promptly but we had a number of issues. Firstly the weight limit stated in the description is diffrperent from that in the manual. Contacted the seller who assured me it was ok. Then the instructions - oh my. The main thing is that the list of parts is misleading as a great many of them are pre assembled and need undoing before putting back together. It would help if there was some more detail on the drawings to this effect. Then the search for where to plug the adaptor in - right at the back! again nothing in the manual tells you this. However it is a very solid piece of kit and just what we need. I haven’t understood the computer yet but I will in time. Looks to be a good purchase at a very good price but as with many things the instructions etc let it down.

Ordered bike for my husband who is 6"5 and it is quite difficult to order bike online when there is no chance to try it. Nevertheless I had got excellent communication with JTX, their contact number is on website and all my questions were answered which gave me confidence to order it. I wanted assembly service as well and they offer it . Unfortunately it did not come up on Amazon website's screen so we had to do it via JTX website, but at that point I did trust them and went for it.Bike has arrived on time, although because of Bank Holiday Monday, we had to wait for assembly engineer for a few days. Once he arrived he did great job, he was fast, explained everything and did trial exercise with us.My husband tried bike for longer period of time afterwards and so far he is happy. It is good, solid bike, keeping even with his weight, stable. We have just ordered gel seat cover, which makes it more comfortable.We have had a few emails from JTX asking whether everything is fine and again, it is quite reassuring that communication with them is easy. I would highly recommend to buy this bike.
