Just a little piece of plastic to most people but a very important piece of plastic. Especially when our bt box is in an unusual place so when we have a delivery of large objects the delivery people catch it with their feet and then we need to buy another replacement

I bought a new landline phone of which had mixed reviews if I needed this adaptor, so got one. Came same time as phone but unfortunately, phone needs returning as it does not work. Adaptor would have been needed. Tested witj a different phone and is ok, it is phone not working.

Value for money easy to install

Did not work at all. Thought it was the phone but bought another adapter from screwfix and it worked perfectly so definitely the adapter!
