Ok for $30
It’s okay for the price. One controller slot didn’t work at all. Many games didn’t work, but since you get hundreds of games you still have options to play. Some games didn’t work in-game. For example, Robocop had a gun but you couldn’t actually use it.It was very easy to set up. I bought an adapter for hdmi ($15?) and plugged this into a computer monitor. If you’re looking for something exactly like you played as a kid, this won’t scratch the itch. You’ll need to go to a gaming store and get a real one.If you’re looking for something simple that will distract you from whatever chaos is going on in your life, then this is a cheap solution.

Great value
This game is so much fun for me and my family. My kids love to play with me, and it's pretty simple for the non-gamers in my family also. The only down side is that the remote controls aren't as responsive as the original but it's about 1/10 of the cost, and definitely something I can live with. Also, you'll need an extension cord because the cord is short when trying to plug it into the wall.

Okay
I have 2 other retropies but this one is alright. Some of the games repeat and you have to restart the console to play a different game which kinda stinks but if you’re just looking for galaga, donkey Kong then this will work. Controls aren’t the best so I would recommend swapping those out.

Just okay
A little glitchy at times. I purchased this for my five-year-old grandchild who did not enjoy it all that much. Hopefully, she will enjoy it more as she grows older.

When it works it's pretty kool.
Since the first use you have to fight with with unit/wire to get a menu screen and the reset function is a lie. I gave it 3 stars because for the amount you pay the games are decent quality.

No save progress
All in all, this was fun for about 20 minutes. You can pause the game but it doesn’t save any progress so when you’re out of lives, you start back over at the very beginning. Kinda cool, but the pets for player 1 and 2 are backwards so that takes a minute to figure out. Fun for a bit, but having to play the same thing over and over if you lose your lives isn’t fun. For example, I lost lives in world 2 and had to start back over at world 1. If you’re cool with that for all time unless you’re spectacular and can beat anything over and over, you will prob get bored quick like I did. Fun for nostalgia, but that’s about it

Mario is #600
There are various Mario games but the Mario we all know and love is #600. Wouldn’t be worth it without that game but if you enjoyed that and want some nostalgia this console has it. Unfortunately our tv doesn’t have the right AV ports though so we either have to get an adapter or return it.
