3D Applique Stitched Outdoor Safe Holiday Reindeer Magnetic Mailbox Cover

Such an adorable mailbox cover! Received many compliments from my neighbors. The only modification I had to make, was putting a zip tie in the back of the head piece. The head part only has magnets. It felt as if it would have done ok, but I didn’t want to risk it. So, I made two small holes on the back of the head and ran the zip tie through it and onto the mailbox. The zip tie was thin enough (Dollar Tree brand) that it didn’t give me any problems with opening and closing.

This reindeer was so adorable. it fit my mailbox perfectly. I wish I could keep it up all year. I wish the Reindeers head had more magnet on it - as I put that at the end of the mailbox- that does not open and more magnet would be better.

I love this mailbox cover! Super cute! I've received many many compliments on it. The material is high quality and seems to withstand the weather well. My only complaint is the magnet on the head isn't strong enough, I fixed ours by hot gluing a super magnet to it. We also glued on red poms to the nose to make Rudolph.I would buy this again, and would recommend to others.

Liked this mailbox decoration. I was going to return because the head would not stay on the front of the mailbox, but we secured it with a heavy rubberband. However, the body, held in place by magnets sewed inside routinely blew off the mailbox, which was disappointing, but it is still cute. The wire in one ear arrived sticking out of the ear but I was too lazy to request an exchange.

I had been trying to find something to decorate our mailbox for Christmas and bought this too cute reindeer! We live by the sea and have very strong winds, so my husband put extra security by drilling two holes in the mailbox lid and threading wire to keep the head from blowing off. We have already had people stop and ask us where we got it! I can’t wait until the mail lady sees it!

Antlers cannot stay erect without the plastic stick intact and it arrived sticking out of the top. So I never put it up.Before next Christmas I'll take it to someone to stitch it with something sturdy to hold them in place. But that will probably cost me $10.00.

Pros - so cute I didn’t want to return itCons - poorly designed. The magnet on the reindeer face is at the bottom of the face all the way to the chin area. Not even to the top where it’s really needed to hold the face in place. Secondly the magnets are really small. Basically it doesn’t work. It’s so cute u didn’t want to return it that I sewed it onto my mailbox making a little hook for the face to stay on.Secondly the magnet doesn’t stay onto my mailbox. That was a poorly executed option. Had to get Velcro to make sure the body doesn’t fly off in the wind
