Not what was described
Ordered this tablet that is supposed to be unlocked. When I received it and turned it on it says Verizon on the screen and will only work on Verizon. In the description it says it won't work with Verizon. Can't seem to get any answers as to why .Contacted seller and got absolutely nowhere they refused to even try to fix the problem. I would not recommend buying from this seller you won't get what was advertised.

Thank you to Amazon and To this seller, I now have a working tablet that looks like new at a price that unbelievable. I was worried that the tablet was locked because it said Verizon wireless, but I got a ATT sim card sign up thought the website and now the tablet connects to there network.. its even 5G. only thing it did not come with was the S pen witch is really No big deal because I was able to find one that was really cheap . all and all I would buy from this seller again if I would need to

Exceded expextations by a mile...
This thing is like new and the battery has enormous life compared to my old Yoga tab...The battery charges 10 times faster than the yoga and that's not even with the hight speed charger which charges full in a matter of minutes instead of hours...Display is great and sound is pretty good as well and Im totally happy I bought this Amazon referbed tab...

Verizon Network Locked
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had purchased this tablet, hoping that it was network unlocked. Unfortunately, it is Verizon locked. I had contacted Verizon and they stated that there was no way for them to unlock. What a waste.

Nice tablet, horrible customer service
This is a nice tablet, but customer service is non-existent when contacting them for an issue. If it's outside the return window, they will not assist even if it's only been a couple of days. Although we did like the tablet, if customer service was better than I would say I would recommend this.
