I love this probiotic by Zebora. I love how effective the ingredients are in this product. I can take this supplement on an empty with no gut issues, no bloating, no constipation, no cramping or upset stomach plus pain relief etc. The capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste or odor. I am curious to try other probiotic brands myself. But I keep coming back to Zebora because of its benefits. Overall I am completely satisfied with this probiotic in my particular choice. Since I am very picky, skeptical and selective on any product. I always do my research on a product before buying on Amazon including Zebora's website. Probiotics are an absolute must for me, but finding the right one can be challenging. That’s why I was excited to find this formula that contains everything I need in one capsule. I have chronic bladder problems secondary to Parkinson’s, and D-Mannose is proven to greatly help prevent infections when taken regularly, plus rid you of them when one flares its irksome head. Better even than cranberry in my experience, though the two together are even better. Combining this with a solid pre and probiotic is brilliant and I’m so glad I found this before buying my regular brand. It is good to switch types regularly, but I think this will be a staple I return to most of the time. I’m still having some bloat but I’ve only been on this a short time. Make sure to use as directed and with plenty of water to keep your gut happy and that delicate balance of good flora in your urinary system. I’ll be checking out this company’s other products to see what they have to offer for brain, cortisol, and other concerns. Hopefully I can recommend some more soon. This product is a great value. It seems to be exactly what my body needs. I have used many different brands, but I come back to this one. The capsules are large but not huge. Easy to sallow.

This product changed my life! Here I am in my 50’s and have never known how to get my ph where it is supposed to be.
