Inspiral Vitality Mix Powdered Superfoods

This was pretty good, it made me feel more alert and energised. I mixed it into an almond milk shake along with some other goodies. The shelf life wasn't that long on it though.It's all natural which is great, all vegan too and is it organic? I'm not sure if it is 100% Organic but it does have an Organic Food Federation icon on it, as well as the icon for Vegan and Gluten Free.It's made up of Acai berry powder, baobab powder, siberian ginseng, peruvian maca powder, purple corn extract and yacon root powder.The claim is that it provides optimum, energy boosting, superfood nutrition. I did feel good after taking it and whether that is this product doing its job, or the combination of my new found healthy lifestyle or both that gave me the results or whether this is a merely placebo and that was a coincidence I'm not sure.The idea is that you add this powder to your morning smoothie or juice but I even added it to my porridge or cereal and it tasted alright.

All the inspiral products are a bargain. This one gives a pleasant but mild boost to your well being in my opinion. Mixes well with smoothies, I also put it in my matcha tea from time to time. The reishi and matcha seem to be the strongest vitality boosters in here.
