These ankle boots are exactly what I was looking for. They have a soft velvet shell with a stylish diamond stitching and a strong, durable zipper. Cute style, but very slim fit
These are a slim fit and I can't wear regular socks with them. I had to wear either trouser socks (pantyhose type material) or thin socks. It was a little hard to get my feet inside. The boots felt comfortable once on, but there wasn't extra room. The side zipper and quilted back look stylish. I just wanted more space in my boots, so I returned them.

Product not true to size, too large.
Product quality excellent. Much larger, not true to size. Well constructed however. I will request return today. Style very attractive however very large at ankle, slips around rather than fit. Will look for more products from this manufacturer. Many thanks......

Not durable
Very cute and comfortable My only issue is that the heels get damaged very quickly…the rest of the shoe is in great shape whereas both heels have visible holes

Can’t take them off-so comfy!
These ankle boots are my absolute favorite and the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. They fit perfectly, feel amazing all day, and go with everything.

slippery and terrible material
These boots are extremely slippery and unsafe. I wore them only once to go to the grocery store and almost fell twice, even though there was no snow or ice on the ground. This is a serious safety issue, and in my opinion, these boots should not be sold. In addition, after this very short use, they got scratches easily and when I tried to clean them, the paint came off, showing very poor material quality. For these reasons, I am returning the item.

I rarely write reviews but this one truly deserved it. First of all, impeccable customer service. I placed my order on April 3rd, and within just two hours, it was already shipped. I just received it today, April 30th, two weeks ahead of the estimated delivery time. As for the booties, they are top notch quality, and they fit great (I ordered an 8, and I am usually an 8, sometimes a 7.5). I am always hesitant to order products from foreign sellers as I have been disappointed quite a few times, but wow, I am so glad I gave it a chance. Not only the boots are stylish and FLAT (which is literally impossible to find) but the material inside and out is surprisingly very luxurious and well-made. They felt very comfortable when I tried them on; not stiffed like most boots out there. I could see those being sold on Brown’s shelves for $150+ easily. Go ahead ladies, you won’t regret!!!
