GOOBAY 55509 NiMh battery, AA (Mignon), 2100 mAh, 1-pack

Many modern electric items become useless once the internal rechargeable battery won't take a charge after a year or so. Despite being mechanically fit for purpose we are instructed to bin the item(not forgetting to remove the battery first for environmental reasons). With a little bit of soldering and the right battery with tags, away you go. It makes no environmental sense to bin a functional device just because the battery has expired.

Rubbish. Failed to work whatsoever on my Philip Sonicare HX6730 Electric Toothbrush. Useless and waste of money.

Fitted , performing well

The media could not be loaded.  While I was soldering it into the circuit it vented out smoke. I had been very careful not to overheat it while soldering.

Bought 2 batteries, one arrived and it wasn't able to charge. Took to a shop for them to check and they showed me one was a dud battery. Waste of money

Bought to replace batteries in electric shaver, they did the job, shaver working OK again!
