Handcrafted Glass Icicle Ornaments (Set of 20)

As in, so much like a real icicle, I swear the temperature dropped in the room as I was hanging them up. These are exquisite - they really look like an icicle hanging from an eave or a branch, glittering in the sun. They are very well made, safely packaged, and pretty easy to hang. The only negatives -- once I hung them on the tree, all the other glass 'icicles' (they wish!! Silly twisty things...) I've collected over the past decade looked pathetic - and I've gotten some high-end versions. The other minor problem is the longest ones might be tough to hang on a really bushy tree.These are worth the extra expense, and I will definitely be getting more. They also would make a wonderful pre-holiday gift.

I got three packages of these just after Christmas 2012 - so I didn't get to use them until Christmas 2013. I love them!!! They look so much like a natural icicle. The don't come with any sort of hanger attached and it was a bit of a pain to add wires to them, but so worth it. I would have loved it if they had a loop embedded in them to attach hangers too - or perhaps a slightly larger hole to string the wires into. There was also a bit of a film on them and they had to be cleaned before use. Once cleaned, they sparkled just like real ice. I liked that they came in several different sizes. It added to the natural look of them. I've always liked the regular glass twists that call themselves icicles, but they pale in comparison to these beauties. They weren't cheap at $26.99, but that's much less than the current sellers on Amazon are asking. I wish now that I had ordered three more sets. Mine were directly from CG Sparks (through Amazon). Shipping wasn't speedy, but I knew I wouldn't need them until the next Christmas anyway, so I wasn't that worried. I would definitely give them 5 stars if there had been a hanger attached and if I hadn't had to polish them up.

Hello, I am generally not one to review a product, especially if the product was as expected. However, I was so impressed with these ornaments that I had to leave a review. I purchased them because I thought they looked the most real in the photo. When I first opened the box I was a little disappointed because I didn't feel they looked as good as they did in the picture. However when I got them home and took a closer look, I realized they did look as good as the picture. The real kicker for me was when I put put them put them up to the light. They picked up all the light and looked beautiful. I was so impressed that I had to see them on the tree, so I broke out my little pre-lit tree (about 3 feet) and put it on the tree. They looked so much better than I was expecting, and I was expecting a lot from these little icicles. I can't wait to see them on my big tree. These are well worth the money you will not be disappointed.

As I stated weeks ago, I was very disappointed with the icicles. Mostly my fault, I guess, for spending that much money and when I received them was very underwhelmed. I was expecting them to be more substantial, prettier, something!

These are gorgeous. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They are the most realistic, crystal like icicles on the market. I bought one package last year unsure if they would live up to the hype. They did. I decided to purchase another package this year as they were sold out before Christmas. I just bought two packages for $18.99 on overstock.com. I never shop at Overstock, but they are so pricey that I decided to look around and a quick google turned up a much better price.My advice? A definite must have for any Xmas tree but check around for the best price!

I have always had a collection of crystal icicle ornaments along with a collection of regular (and precious) ornaments that I have collected since my first child was born in 1985. I have told my children through the years my dream for my perfect Christmas tree is an icicle tree. I just received the first set of 20 I will use to eventually make my perfect icicle tree!. These icicles look like the real ones I remember hanging off my porch and roof in Winter - South Central Pennsylvania. I ordered another 20 and may very well order another 20. They vary in size, they reflect light beautifully, they appear real. My daughter's comment, "They draw your eye." 'nuf said. Please don't buy them all. I need more!

I have three sets of these icicles on my tree and they are gorgeous! My tree is decorated in white, red and silver and these icicles add a touch of "frost" that I love. My grown daughter even commented on how beautiful they are. The packaging is really classy and serves well as storage. They are real glass so be careful, the thin tips can still break off, especially on the longer icicles. I had two sets from last year and I accidentally broke the tip off from one icicle; and, this year, I ordered one more set and it was delivered with the tip broken on one icicle...as such, I deducted one star. The two broken icicles are still long, even with broken tips, and still look beautiful on the tree (because the icicles range in length, it's not noticeable that two are broken.
