Impossible to say how much credit is owed to this product, but I get frequent compliments that my hair looks healthy and grows fast since beginning to take it last year. The price is good compared to other brands, so it feels like a worthwhile addition to my hair routine.

I waited to review until I had been taking them consistently. I have been taking this biotin since early November and it’s now mid January. They are tiny and easy to swallow. I hate big pills and these are a breeze. Quality seems nice. I’m not sure if I’ve seen a lot of benefits yet. BUT, I have recently lost a lot of hair and that just takes time to fix so I will update in a couple more months. For now, I have no complaints or weird side effects.
