Insight into accepting and being the best with “two talents”
Dynamic interpretation of scripture, whereby one feels the need to examine their “talents” and face the reality of their life. The writer shares his personal story and failures and what is necessary to lead a Godly life with the gifts graciously bestowed on us by our beloved Creator. There are times we are “losers”. There are times we store away our “talents”. Fully placing our trust in God and developing our relationship with Him becomes the peace and joy we crave.

Amazing book on what real “success “ looks like
An incredibly insightful book about the forgotten person in the parable of talents I wish I would have read this book 24 years ago when I started in ministry to get a proper perspective on “success”. This book opened my eyes, convicted me of my shortcomings and fools perspective. Every person starting out in ministry should read this.

Humbling, challenging, and then some
An excellent demonstration of self-awareness and a story of finding one's place in the Kingdom of God. A great read for anyone trying to follow Jesus and especially for pastors. As an aspiring loser, I found myself agreeing throughout, even when I really didn't want to.*Make sure to read the footnotes...
