The principle of these is good and if you thread your meat on carefully, they work.To work well the two spikes need to be parallel to each other and a small distance apart. Unfortunately, my skewers arrived with some as needed and some with the tips touching so I needed to keep a finger between spikes, as I threaded meat on. I'm sure I'll be able to fiddle with them to make them all parallel. Once meat was on, it was easy to cook and none of that irritation when the meat spins round as you try to rotate kebab under grill or on BBQ.

Normally you put kebabs on the BBQ and go to turn them a few minutes later, the kebab sticks to the grill and the skewer rotates. Not with these, oh no. Two prongs firmly hold your food in place and let you lift and turn the kebab - a modern miracle. Also provided you don't put too much food on them you can put the handle on the edge of the BBQ and it doesn't get too hot

Works fabulously at keeping your meat and other items from spinning around while turning over on the grill. Love it!!!

Stops food falling into the oven and already been used lots of times.

Loved these usually go for wooden one stick! But hated the thought of chucking out after use or getting burnt! Much prefer these metal two pin ones

I think these outperform most of the flat skewers I've used. genuinely impressed!
