Arrived sooner than expected. Tried it on and fit great. But there was so much of a lag on response. I like an idipt kept bumping it up... and when it finally got to working... BOY!!!!! I couldnt get it to back down fast enough. Nevermind the fact i couldnt get it off fast enough either! I have nt put it back on since! Lol so maybe to anyone buying this product be patient!!!! Trust me!!!!

I don’t know what it thinks it’s supposed to do but it failed at everything it says it would except the heat. Starting with the bad fit followed by the weak tens unit and then adding on sad air compressing and it’s mostly a complete fail. The heat worked but the rest of it not so much. If you press and hold it against your leg the right way after you attach it, the tens unit making skin contact might almost be felt. The air compression served only to push it off where you got it strapped in on and move it everywhere but where you wanted it to be. It was returned within a few minutes of opening.

Once you understand how this device works it does wonders for those with light injuries/swelling as well as those who just want a little less stiffness in their leg! I’ll admit that it is a little weird to get used to (especially the air pressure mode), but after using it for less than 10 minutes my leg felt a lot better!In my experience the heat helps with getting rid of stiffness and the air pressure mode is great for relaxation. The vibration mode didn’t really seem to do much for me, but could be useful for those who have lost some feeling in their legs due to nerve damage. Just be sure to read the manual before using and don’t use the most intense settings right away.This is a great device for someone wanting to improve their leg health!

I purchased this for my fiance who is a runner. It did not help him at all.

So first, the thing I don't like: the charging port is a usb-c type, BUT you can only use the power adapter that comes with the device; I tried several others and none would be 'recognized'. This is a HUGE problem because if you misplace the cord or a pet chews through it, you now have a paper weight.Now for the positives: there are so many different settings this is truly an all-in-one, can work for just about anyone device. The air massage feature is pleasant and not too much pressure. The heat function definitely helps if your pain responds well to heat. The electric pulse intensity is highly controllable (although it's not easy to adjust once you are wearing it, so not great). Another plus is that you can use the modes simultaneously; I had both the air massage + electric pulses at the same time the other day. This device has helped my knee: I am a former gymnast, I have done a bit of damage to one knee and it now tends to hyper-extend out of the blue, and if I keep it bent for too long, whether sitting curled up on the couch, or in a chair at work, or sleeping my knee tends to 'lock up' and it's quite painful to straighten it out. While this device hasn't cured my knee issues, it has definitely helped, so 4 stars, removed one because of the power supply issues.

To bulky uncomfortable did not help the problem at all

I’m not an overly large man but this item would not fit around my knee nor would it flex to do so. This was designed for people with little to no leg mass and I feel jilted by this.

I have had knee pain since high school sports, and nothing has helped like this has! It feels amazing, and I feel like the more often I use it the more it helps!
