This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don't regret a thing choosing this brand. I've been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It's easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that's another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn't feel like you're putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

Love this product. It is really easy to use. There is a noticeable difference in skin texture ans flow. After several months if daily use, I let the manufacturer know that some of the lights were no longer working and they quickly sent me a replacement.

I really had high hopes for this Red LED Mask but unfortunately I am disappointed. Even though the mask seems of good quality, it does not touch all areas of the face, at least it does not touch mine unless you press it against different areas. There is NOT a single red LED bulb in the area above the upper lip! where most people need the treatment & it does not touch the jaw area either. In my opinion the mask needs mayor redesigning. (They should hire a good designer that would work w/ making it fit to any face w/ minor adjustments. I wrestled w/ the mask way too long just to put it on! The straps w/velcro are totally useless. Very hard to use & the Velcro sticks to your hair. It would have been better to just use elastic bands that could be tied on the back, which I considered doing. Same goes for the neck/chest/breast part, although it was easier to put it on than the mask. I am considering just returning it specially because it was not an inexpensive mask. I could probably get better results w/ my Red LED wand that although it is tiring to have to move it all around your face it gives me awesome results. Even my estetithian ask me what I am using…

I’m a fan of this mask and do feel that using it has helped with relaxation and the texture of my skin. After about 6 months, the face part stopped working and their customer service happily replaced it within a week under the 1 year warranty. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable LED mask!

I LOVE this mask. My skin looked better even after the first use. Nourished is the exact word. I just look more refreshed and my skin is smoother. I am 4 months away from 55 years old and everything is starting to lose its elasticity. I had really been feeling like age was catching up with me. While I’ve only been using it for about 5/6 weeks for about 15 minutes 4/5 nights per week - using specifically the red light, I can tell my face jus looks fresher. Has it helped with the sagging happening? No. Not yet anyway, but the benefits are definitely worth it regardless. I researched these type of masks quite a bit and for quite a while. I had just never pulled the trigger. I have a red light therapy Velcro belt a d thought I could just use that. And I’ve tried but it’s a major pain and not east. I never saw rge same results trying to us it around my face as I have seen with this.I Had another brand I almost bought, but changed my mind and pulled the trigger on this one, even though it cost a little more. I am so glad I did!!. It’s well worth the extra $. It’s comfortable. It’s flexible. It’s well made and it has lots of light colors and levels to choose from. The charge also lasts a long time! Highly recommend!

It was good for awhile I used the red light and white light on face and neck but the right side all the lights stopped working so I didn't even get a year out of this device. Found it disappointing that warranty was only for 30 days. Would think if device was good the manufacturer would at least offer a year warranty...will order again but froa different company.Update: the charger no longer charges so this ended up to be a very bad investment....live n learn...will find a better quality from another companyUpdate...I never heard from company like many have stated they have..mine still has half lights on red and white that don't work ....I prayed this would miraculously start working again or company would have contacted me .but neither happened..very disappointed
