Acctim 74662 Nardo 20cm Radio Controlled White Wall Clock

I bought two of these clocks to replace similar, older Acctim radio-controlled clocks. The previous clocks each performed faultlessly for over ten years so I didn’t really need to replace them.However, the newer ones have bolder hours markers and numbers as well as thicker hands. That makes them easier to read, even though they’re slightly smaller than the previous ones. That’s an important consideration for a glasses wearer like me. I can now instantly tell the time from a few metres away, even without my glasses.All you need do is instal a battery and forget about it, if they’re anything like anything like the previous clocks. They synchronise to the atomic clock time signal within minutes and automatically adjust for winter and summer time. Just replace the battery every couple of years as necessary. They really are that straightforward to use.It beats me how anyone can pack so much technology into such an inexpensive product.

There are no instructions for setting it up so you have to work it out for yourself. However it is good once working and has a clear and accurate dial.

Nice neat wall clock for the kitchen. Being radio controlled it's always accurate and saves all the messing around when the clocks go back and forward. Doesn't need a large spot either.

Would have been nice to have instructions for the clock.

These clocks not only look great I had to buy two, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom. As soon as you install the battery it goes through a diagnostic test and then sets up the right time and the other bonus is they are pretty quiet and look good. Also the price is great.

VERY VERY poor at getting time updates when clocks change.We have 4 (5 if you include the clock this was brought to replace) radio controlled clocks, all, except this one, have always tracked clock changes with no problems.Having spent 2+ hours today resetting the clock again and again I FINALLY got it to sync with the satellite time source.Do not buy if you want a clock that tracks time changes easily

Good looking clock. Easy to fit the battery and the clock updated the time within a few minutes of the battery being fitted. Looks a lot more expensive than the price paid and has functioned without any problem including updating itself at the change to British Summer Time.
