When trying to make my milkshake, I filled my cup up with ice cream as instructed (about 2/3 ). I then put it straight on the stirrer and started stirring. Within about 3 or 4 minutes later the machine overheated 😡. However I waited and eventually it would turn on, I was able to make my milkshake after like 5 attempts. However Afterwords the machines was burning up and smelled like plastic. We then went to go clean up the stirrer and learned that the stirrer is non removable, so cleaning was very difficult. I would never recommend this product as it is not only difficult to clean and use, it’s also not anywhere near powerful enough to make milkshakes.
