Great tool to help massge the muscles in the neck when the are tigh and tense .

If you are big and bulky this may work for you. It surrounded my neck but failed to hit the important spots.

1. Product is not long enough to get the proper leverage for the balls to reach deep into the muscle.2. It was too small for my neck. Company should warn people about the size.3. Very flimsy. I felt like it was about to break when I used it. Because it’s so flimsy it doesn’t create enough torque and leverage to release those muscle knots.I’m sorry to say that I do not recommend this product.

I didn't much care for it. It pulled hair and it hurt more then it helped, it was just plain awkward to use
