Would not buy again
The positive was the chain and length were fine. Negative was I found the clip to be stiff and hard to open to clip onto collar, so I think once grit/grime gets onto it then it possibly wont work. I found the hand holder to be quite thin and when my dog was pulling I ended up with a very sore hand. I think this item will be good for a small dog which will walk to heel but not really suitable for a dog which will pull. At the end of the day you get what you pay for, and this is a cheap item. I would not purchase another.
