I began using the produce the same Day i got it,so it's just about one week using it i notice a slight change in my sleep paternity but cannot say for it if the tablet have anything to do with it will give a full review when the am finish using them but for now i can only say i'll continue using them easy the swallow tablets i take one in the morning and one at night before bed time
