NOW Foods Supplements, Sunflower Lecithin 1200 mg with Phosphatidyl Choline, 100 Softgels

I’m a Lactation Consultant and have been suggesting Sunflower Seed Lecithin for moms for many years. I send the picture because many moms aren’t familiar with it. It is helpful for relieving plugged ducts, mastitis, easing pumping, especially for working moms, exclusively pumping moms, and moms who donate milk to a milk bank. Moms tell me they start seeing the benefits in about 2 days but it increases effectiveness over the next couple of days. It is helpful for babies who have trouble emptying the breast such as preemies, or other babies who need some extra help. Sunflower Seed Lecithin is a healthy fat made from sunflower seeds. It makes the milk ducts less sticky and seems to help with removing the hind milk as the breast becomes more empty. None of the moms I have worked with have mentioned any negative results.

I bought these to help clear up mastitis. It seemed to help quickly, and I haven't had any breast pain since taking them. Ive not noticed any problems since taking these. My only concern is their size, they are huge!!

Seems to be helping with my general well being, and memory. One should do some research and determine if it is worth a try. It has been worth it for me.

Let's just say a friend of mine was having chest pain and learned that this is good for your arteries. Within a couple weeks his pain was GONE! Do you your research but also think outside the box.

Update 5 2 2022 its been a month taking it and certainly my semen volume increased. it’s my first order from now foods but they really nailed it. product really works when you take it as a specified and there are no or least side-effects. as usual after 40+ you may see the decrease in semen volume but after taking this I think it’s improving and let us see whether cholesterol levels are decreasing or not.

Its a great supplement, i had severe engorgement starting from the third day postpartum, it wrks wonder i am 6 weeks postpartum now and still taking this supplement thrice a day

Excellent for keeping blocked milk ducts and mastitis away. One a day does the trick for me!
