Made fresh pasta dough & tried every section of both boards all work just fine some take a little practice, maybe adding a little flour to your fingers to help it roll better, but once you get the technique down your good. Such fun shapes, would be great with kids I think. Nice change from store purchased pasta. Comes with 2 little rolling pins as well

We made gnocci and pressed the pieces to achieve the desired pattern. There was very small bits of dough on the boards afterwards. I allowed them to dry and brushed them off with a bristle brush, like a straw cleaning brush.
