I trust this manufacturer, That said, it's difficult to tell how well any vitamins etc. work, as you don't know how well you would have been if you had not taken them. Also, what works for one person may not work for someone else.

I am terrible at taking tablets, but these are easy to swallow with food for me.

Prices are over the top for this product. In fact the same goes for the majority of supplements. Manufacturers making a killing. Beyond a joke. See these trees everywhere. Might end up making my own. Until I do will look for and purchase from sellers offering the best price/strength. I want value for money!Having found an alternative to Zipvit at lower price point I will purchase them. They're the same strength and quantity.
