Directions should explain how to use buttons and where they are located.Couldn't even tell they were buttons .And description should indicate that this diffuser is plastic made to look like sea glass. You can use the buttons to set to 60 ,120,or 180 minutes on the timer or just on in which case it just stays on.There is a button to adjust the steamflow and another button for the colors . Now that I found the buttons ,I think this is a neat little machine well worth the money.

I was quite sad that this diffuser did not hold up very long ...
I was quite sad that this diffuser did not hold up very long to daily use. And the 'bamboo' base is not bamboo - it is plastic made to look like bamboo. I accidentally dripped some essential oil on it, and the finish came off. I would not recommend this diffuser for frequent/heavy use and would recommend that folks who decide to try it be careful of the base.

It didn't come with any directions. And it doesn't have hardly any output. It turns off randomly. I'm very disappointed in the product and wish I returned it while I still had the chance. I have been sick and missed my window of opportunity to get my money back.

completely inaccurate title
The entire thing is all plastic. The colored part is not glass and the "wood grain" that they do state is faux, is painted plastic as well. Extremely disappointed I have to waste my time with this return.
