I've been using the Vibration Plate for about a month now, and I must say, it's been a pretty solid addition to my fitness routine. Definitely one of my best purchases. Here's my breakdown:Design & Build Quality:The plate has a sleek, modern design that fits well in my home gym. It’s sturdy and well-built, with non-slip feet that ensure it stays firmly in place even during intense use.Ease of Use:This vibration plate is super easy to operate. It comes with a remote control that lets you adjust the settings without having to bend down. There are several preset programs based on different goals (weight loss, muscle toning, etc.), or you can manually adjust the intensity level and vibration frequency. I love the variety of options it offers!Performance:The vibrations are strong and effective. I've used it both for muscle activation and recovery, and I can feel a noticeable difference in muscle soreness after my workouts. The vibrations are not overly jarring, and you can definitely feel the toning effects, especially in your legs, glutes, and core.

I ordered this after hearing about it from a friend and how much she loved using it. I decided to order one for myself after researching and seeing how many people are happy with theirs. After the first time I knew that I was going to love this plate and I do! It's low impact which is important to me because of an ankle injury from years ago and my ankle isn't very stable anymore.This is very sturdy and I can definitely tell as I am using it that it is working the muscles. I don't hurt afterwards which is nice so I feel like it's something I will use all the time. My husband has used it too and we both love it. He's a runner but still jumps on this in the morning before he goes outside and also after lunch.I use it several times a day and just added the straps for arm strength training. So very glad my friend told me about this and I love it and can't wait to see what results happen after a few months of using it.

I have had this for several months and I have found myself using it often each week. I put my children on it for very short periods and it helps with anxiety and even constipation. I use it before bed and it helps my body unwind and release tension. It's very quiet, all the preset programs are great and it's easy to keep clean.

I enjoyed as soon as I stood on top and turned on. Easy to set up out of box and nothing missing. My back cracked and muscles were oddly relieved. Helping also with neuropathy and gastrointestinal 🤔. Several people mentioned issues with the durability of the machine after a while so we will see in a few months how well it's built as I intend to use this as often as possible. Preset programs work, Bluetooth works, remote works and easy to use. Glad I purchased this product and it works as it says. Very satisfying.

12/18/24 Update. I'm really loving this vibration plate. Someone had a question regarding the maximum weight its 330LBS. I also figured out the speed. The remote works best I have not figured out how to work the speed on the vibration plate itself, time will tell, because I'm still figuring things out.Also, I failed to mention how quiet this thing is. Its very quiet on the carpet and a tad bit noisy on wood floors depending where your feet are on the vibration plate.This was very easy to use and the Bluetooth was very easy to pair. My nephew and his girlfriend stopped by and she's has being trying to decide which vibration plate to get and she was sold on the Bluetooth along.. yes, she like the machine but the music coming from it was a game changer for her... Nephew will be buying her one now. Thanks to all the reviews and now, that I have one I am a satisfied customer.12/5/24 I just received this vibration plate yesterday and was amazed how it felt and looked. This small version I really like, you can put it anywhere and I like that you can transport it with you. It is a little heavy, durable,sturdy and the suction legs on it make it un-movable while using it.Now, I used it by sitting down only using it 2 to 5mins it's just that powerful as a beginner, slow is best.I'm still getting use to it and although its easy to use, I am having trouble with the speed trying to get it to go a little slower and I believe I stumbled on it but not sure how I did it so, I will see if I can do it again and pay attention this time. lol.If you're looking to start out small these vibration plates are perfect but if you have long feet I suggest try finding a larger one. I'm giving this a 5 because I really like it and its doing what everyone is saying it does, because I read the reviews first.

3 month review: Serious vibration on this plate! Remote works great with unit! I didn't care for the resistance bands attached, but they were easily removed. Have not tried syncing phone with unit to see how the Bluetooth works. Legitimately engages leg muscles! Gets heart rate into cardio range, especially doing squats on the highest setting. Word of warning--if you have not relieved your bladder, or vacated your bowels prior to vibrating, you will, in very short order! Might want to pay a trip to the loo before getting on with your workout.
