I am not happy with my product I haven't had it a year and the front wheel has come off

Lovely item, could do with a slightly wider zip top to allow for handbag to go inside.but otherwise excellent item.

The height and wheels
I liked the height as I am only 4ft ins it is easy to push. I used it for my shopping it is great.

Not as good as I had hoped for
Update on my first review . The front wheel came of for no reason and a week later the back wheel came off. When are they going to make the wheels fixed so they can't come off. I've had trolleys before where the wheels come off I was hoping this would be better quality. I'm not so happy with it now

poor design/quality
not really suitable for purpose. Front wheels caught on rough road/pavement surfaces, handle was too low for my height and is not adjustable. stitching on bag split when it fell forward.

La consegna è stata perfettamente nei tempi, la confezione è stata accurata. Il prodotto è complessivamente buono ma non eccellente. Le ruote, soprattutto quelle girevoli, sembraqno troppo leggere e deboli in rapporto al peso che debbono reggere. L'apertura della tasca frontale è un pò difficoltosa e facile a rompersi, in quanto le cerniere debbono fare un percorso con una curvatura.

Carrello a quattro ruote
Il carrello è più stabile e più capiente di altri carrelli a quattro ruote ma per essere usato anche come deambulatore andrebbe appesantito nella parte anteriore. Le ruote posteriori sono di plastica dura, sarebbe meglio fossero di gomma. Le ruote anteriori fanno un po' di rumore su superfici non liscie. Il carrello è stato usato per trasportare la spesa ed anche per appoggiarsi.

Cassé et inutilisable à la 5ème utilisation
Le produit s'est cassé en 4 mois d'utilisation très peu intensive! Maxi 4-5 fois.Support de roue complètement plié.Je demande un remboursement.C'est inadmissible !

structure fragile
J'ai utilisé le caddie pour faire les courses, les roues de derrière bougent un peu et les roues de devant font un bruitpas possible à supporter au bout d'un certain moment.En fait la structure fait penser à une poussette jouet pourenfant. je suis très déçue

Demande de renboursement sur article défectueux
Article trop léger et roue de devant fragile qui c'est cassé.Merci de bien vouloir me la renbourser car l'article a moins d'1ansCordialement
