Main annoyance is that it start with amplifying mode, it amplifies the sound of you wearing it (painful noise), and you have to manually change it to ANC , or normal mode, every single time .Second major annoyance is , it never stays in ear for more than 5 minutes, it keeps slipping out, because it is just a smoothed out plastic surface, with no silicone or rubber to grip your ear. Even if you as much as turn your face , it falls offSound quality - it is averageMic quality - very very bad, other person can't make out what you're speaking, even though it has enc, it makes no differenceThis is the second boat product purchased by me, both of them had manufacturing defects and I had then replaced with free replacement. This is the one nice feature of this brand, that In case of manufacturing defects, you can get it replaced free of cost

I like the earbuds overall I think they are really good and worth the money, the noise cancellation is not perfect but it is good for its price the sound quality and over all experience is amazing. If I am on a bus I can actually listen to song and the anc also helps a lot.The better is definitely lower then advertised if you use it constantly like me.It does not have dual connectivity which kindda disappoints me because I have two main devices that I need to switch between a lot.For like the build quality it's okay like the earbuds themselves look and feel fantastic but they can hurt your ears if not worn carefully, the fit is quite nice and it fits my ears perfectly, one issue i have with the case and the touch sensors like when I have something over my face that also covers the ears it thinks that it's real hand or something and just shuts off eventually, and the case gets a lot of scratches.For the mic it's not that bad idk like people can definitely hear you but it's not good even in a quite envoirment it feels like off, i have gotten comments as in my voice sounds bassy and sometimes not understandable at all. Mostly it can pull through like people can understand you in just about any situation even while traveling.Over-all from my month of usage I can say that I like it that's about it it's not like mind-blowingly gold or anything it's just good for its worth.

Quality is good as per the price👌BUT,After few months, one earbud doesn’t sit properly in the case anymore — the connector is too loose. I had to chip something under the lid to make it fit snug and charge. Poor design in the charging port. Might be a technical fault in my unit, but worth noting.

I used to buy Boat products before but whenever I buyed a product of them I doesn't even last for a month! The battery drains quickly, Sometimes the sound doesn't come right! The Anc mode functions well so I have no complaint on that. (I am talking about the earbuds) Lastly I am gonna say these guys need to improve a lot and yes this is my final that I am never gonna buy products from Boat again!!

I am writing this review after using throughout a year.Firstly, there is a lot of issues in pairing, connectivity and battery. After using 10-20 min the battery drops out from 100% to 10%. But this happens only with left ear earbuds.Secondly, it's not compatible for laptop meetings and sometimes in call it suddenly disconnects. So if you are thinking to use for office use then please don't buy it.Thirdly, I am not having any complaint in noice cancelation part as its good.So, overall performance review is bad and as I don't have that much money to buy another 5k-10k tws 🤷‍♀️ thats why still using this for 20 min then again charging and using.
