Absolute necessity for very dry climates
I lived most of my life in humid climates, Omaha, Galveston, D.C. area. When we moved out to the high desert about 10 years ago, my sinuses just went crazy. I always felt I was trying to breath too hard. Trying blow my nose resulted in little to no results. I didn't want to start using a bunch of sinus sprays as they attack the mucus membranes in your nose and prolonged use will actually damage them. Then I stumbled on saline sprays and have they been a blessing. I use them all the time, especially when my nose stuffs up or before I get ready to go to bed. They help me breathe easier and blowing my nose is more comfortable and produces better results. I do have to use them several times a day, but because it's saline, no harm is done to the lining in your nose.

Product very effective, design is awful.
Very good product. But the can/spray design is awful. Not sure who came with this style, it’s very hard to press it so it will get activated.

Salty water in a spray can. It is what it is, but I have yet to find a better one, so I recommend it highly.

Broken
In the double pack one brand new can was broken. U press down and it wld not come out even though it was full. The other can was fine and worked the way it was designed to

More affordable than Walmart's brand, works well!
Price per oz, this is more affordable than Walmart's Equate brand - it also comes with more liquid, 4.5oz vs 3.1 from Equate. Very effective in hydrating and flushing out my sinuses, I use it first thing when I wake up, and near the end of the night. It helps keep my nasal passages clean and clear!
