How to Use CSP _To wear your CSP (Cloth Sanitary Pad) simply wrap the wings around the gusset of your underwear and fasten the snaps underneath. The soft charcoal grey fleece panel should be facing your body, and the label on the outside faces down in your underwear. We recommended wearing snug fitting cotton underwear for a secure fit. Change as often as you would a disposable menstrual pad, but you will more than likely find that your flow is different when using chemical free products. Once used fold into three and wrap the wings around and snap together, making a leak proof package. Unsnap to wash. Pre wash once before use for maximum absorbency. Some women prefer to soak or rinse in cold water after use to stop any blood staining but from experience we have not found this to be necessary. Our personal routine is either to chuck them in with a normal wash and skip the fabric softener, or wash them all in a batch at the end of our period cycle (with the nappies if applicable). Even after leaving until the end of our cycle none of us have reported any staining with only using normal washing powder. A cold rinse in the machine first is best as heat can set in stains, then wash at 30-60 degrees. They can be tumbled dried on a low temperature but are so fast drying that it is rarely necessary. Do not use fabric softener because this will affect absorbency.

Great Quality Lovely Design
I now have 15 of these beautiful pads, which as a "heavy" lady are of great use to me. You can really rely on these to last a long time before they need changing. They wash very well. Extremely comfortable and lovely to look at, too. I have bought a few different ones over the years and these are definitely the best. I hope your business continues to thrive, as my eldest is only 9 and we were talking the other day about what she will use when she starts. She wants CSP. :)

not only is it comfortable, it is ordourless (something I did worry about ...
After much deliberation I decided to try this product as I was beginning to suffer using the 'traditional' sanitary pads. I have to sing praises for this product, not only is it comfortable, it is ordourless (something I did worry about as my flow is extremely heavy) and super absorbent.

Bulky but well made !
These are well made but very bulky and don't lie flat at all...I would have preferred a cotton top pad but wanted to try these as they are a great price. So much better for the planet too but sadly a little too wide but the correct length for me.
