Excellent customer service !! Great Product - SAFE
I have been using this product for over and year now and I will say that I have NOT found anything that works as great as this - I have a 6 yr old Lab and I would not go a day without this product. The features are excellent and the most what i love about this is the safety Feature that it can be locked so that no accidental beeps / commands happen. I wrote an e-mail to company as the remote and collar was having issues connecting after an year use and they troubleshooted it right away by responding to my email and also send me a replacement product within days of the issue free of charge. I WILL GIVE THEM 10 stars for their costumer service. Please DO NOT look further if you are looking for a great command collar that will give you absolute peace of mind and safe for your pooches!!

Works well
UPdate 5/12/23: Still 5 Stars plus. Just updating to say that the customer service from this seller is AWESOME! I lost the remote and reached out to the seller to see if they are sold separately. They responded immediately and sent me a new one at no charge. Cannot beat this service. Oh, and been using this collar for a few months now and still very pleased with it as a training device for our Lab.Original review: This is the 2nd electric collar I bought. The first one was much cheaper, brand was Patpet. I used it for a few months, sound and vibrate only (dog was still a puppy), and then discovered that the shock portion did not work at all. So I bought this one. I have had it a month or so now. It has been great for training our lab. I did notice that the shock portion is very mild. I had to set it high to get my dog to notice it. But that might just be my dog. The sound and vibrate also work great. And the lock portion is really handy for when the controller is in my pocket. I like the light on the collar so I can see where my dog is when it is dark at night (we live on a farm). I also like that the controller is orange, so I can locate it more easily when I set it down and forget where I put is. I have had no issues with the battery. I plug it in every night when I take it off the dog. I highly recommend this collar.

Great product!
This product works well for our Labrador Retriever! Love having three differentoptions (sound, vibrate, shock). The sound option is typically all we ever need to use. Extra plus is that there is a light on the collar. We use this at night.

update to 1 star after 11 uses, dead remote. great range and insane battery length
Update: After just 11 uses, the remote is dead. No lighting up, charging or connecting to the collar. Just used it fully charged yesterday, went to put it away and it's dead. We don't use it in water or really rough conditions so I'm assuming faulty remote. unfortunate because it HAD worked well.Having 22 acres surrounded by woods and a 10 month old puppy, I wanted the safest off leash option available.note, we practiced training for a few weeks before going off leash. you cannot just put these on untrained dogs and be successful.while on our property, I used this collar and remote daily for 8 days and only ONE battery bar decreased on the remote, the collar was still fully charged. this is awesome news for going off grid.the range is phenomenal, although he stayed pretty close by us the whole time so we didn't test to it's fullest distance. our property is wooded with young trees and lots of bramble, but we were easily able to remote call him even from a few hundred feet without issue.the lights are a great option when it's dark out and they are bright.all-in-all, I would have expected to pay twice the amount I did on this setup. I couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Decent collar, but a few things to know
We’ve had this collar a little over a year. We wanted a training collar to help reinforce commands, but we also knew we would primarily use it in the backyard, so it didn’t have to be anything fancy or expensive. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with our choice. There are a few pros and cons to consider though.Pros:Battery life — we rarely have to charge it. The battery can last a remarkably long time.Easy to turn on and clip on the dogThe light feature — this collar has a light that can be operated from the remote. So, when we let our dog out at night, we can easily see where he is. This has been super helpful.Cons:Reliability — while the tone and vibration features always seem to work as expected, we have on rare occasion had to upgrade to the shock feature, and sometimes it just doesn’t seem to do anything. Other times, we use it (at the same setting, mind you), and our dog reacts strongly and quickly. The collar is always positioned on the same spot on his neck, and the setting hasn’t changed, so the only thing I can think of is that the shock feature isn’t consistent. It’s rare that we use that feature anyway, so this isn’t a big deal to me. Our dog usually responds just to the tone or vibration.Unnecessarily complicated display and settings — I honestly still don’t understand all of the different settings. I gave up on understanding it because we keep it set on the same thing generally. No clip on the remote — this might be a silly personal preference, but I would love to have a clip on the back of the remote to attach it to clothing when I’m out in the yard. I don’t always have pockets large enough to put the remote in, and my hands aren’t always free to carry it when I’m outside. Previous training collars I’ve had all had a clip on the remote, and I miss this feature.
