I really really like theses ones. Bought another type by mistake (in the shape of an X but they are not as good).Will definitely buy again in this shape.The little hole in the middle gives you the reassurance you can still breathe. But it works for me.I can’t explain why and how, but I feel so much better when I wake up, when I sleep with these strips on.

This would have been great for children, I use two instead of 1. The adhesive is gentle on the skin and causes no irritation. I just wish it were a little bigger.
