How big?
This was good stuff but... I am not very experienced and it would have been useful to know how much I needed to cover my cake. I underestimated and had to go out and buy more. For my 10 inch round cake plus a 7inch round cake I needed approx 750g.

Everyone loved the colour!
I'm by no means a great baker, but everyone thought that the cake I made was done by a pro:-). I found it quite difficult to work with when I first started rolling the icing, but it may be just my inexperience, so I shouldn't blame on the icing. The colour is lovely and there is no funny aftertaste as you do get with other products.Would buy again!

Lovely stuff to work with and was so much brighter than other red fondants I've bought which are more of a pink. It looked fab on my grandsons birthday cake and judging by how quickly the cake disappeared, it tasted great too!!!!!
