Silver platter? No, it's a cake board!
More than good enough for this 20cm/7inch diameter cake, stacked with double layers of three different styles and flavoured sponge cakes. Wide enough to wrap safely, sturdy enough to transport safely and ultimately display and serve from.

Good value
It's a very thin cake board made with (i think) plasticised foil over cardboard. It's a a good width for presenting a big cake. It arrived very slightly bent so I put my butcher's block on top to flatten out - worked well.
