Too thick to squeeze out of tube. This rests on its square cap. You squeeze some out and when you put it down the cream settles to the bottom (cap end) ready for the next squeeze. Only it’s too thick to flow inside the tube. So you squeeze some out and when you release the tubs and and the sides pop back out the lotion stays at the top and it doesn’t flow at all. Basically you just get an air bubble with the lotion stuck ( literally) at the top. Heat didn’t work. The tube is too stiff to squeeze real hard. I thought about using the microwave to heat and hopefully soften it. But passed on that idea. I ended up sucking some water into the tube. Heating it in a sink full of hot water and shaking it for a few minutes. That worked.
