Nice printer ink quality is good

Works fine but just a little slow idk if all printers are like this but after uploading the document it takes quite some time to print it but perfroms the functions well

The HP 585 printer is average. Prints photos and documents but not as expected. You need to install hp smart and hp print service for android. Print speed is very slow and takes a lot of time to print wirelessly. Sometimes shows error and cancels. Hp customer care is not helpful.There is no option of changing waste ink pad after it gets full after sometime.....Most imp…. HP is not giving the watch even after filling form and registering the printer online. They are asking for a invoice in which the serial number is written but amazon doesn’t provide such invoice. This is a scam which HP is doing. Don't buy this printer over other printer just because its giving smart watch free. Posting review after 3 month of Use Printer is not very good. I DO NOT recommend. Hp technicians DON'T COME to help u out if you have a problem. Sometimes the printer can create a problem or cancel the prints (happened with me) and u will have to troubleshooting yourself. Even if there is full ink both colors and black, white lines come when u print as shown in photo on all 3 colors. I make sure to print twice weekly but still its happening. Cannot print duplex. Has problem loading photo paper. While printing photos on a photo paper the photo comes out good but the color fades away in a couple of months when the photo is kept together. There is no option of selecting alternate page while printing from ipad. One needs a pc for that. No waste inkpad , so basically might have to throw away the printer after a few years. Given 5 star else amazon not showing on top. Prospective buyer should know the cons.

I received the product on 21 November 2025, and I raised the issue with your customer support team on the same day. Issue Summary The Amazon product listing clearly states: “Up to 6000 colour and 6000 black pages of ink in the box.” This means the printer should include ink with a capacity of 12,000 pages in total. However, the product I received contains ink described as: “Up to 6000 colour or 4000 black pages of ink in the box.” According to the information on the printer packaging and the official HP website: 6000 black pages capacity corresponds to GT3XL (130 ml) ink. 4000 black pages capacity corresponds to GT3 (90 ml) ink. This discrepancy clearly indicates that the product delivered does not match the description provided on Amazon’s website. Support Experience Despite contacting Amazon customer service multiple times and providing all required images and documentation, I have not received a proper resolution. Later, I was informed that the issue has been closed by the backend team with the remark “Right product delivered,” without any prior communication with me. I was then directed to email , and afterward told again to contact the Specialist Team. This repeated redirection between teams has created a frustrating and unproductive experience, and it appears that responsibility for the issue is being passed around without any genuine attempt to resolve it. Return Window Concern The return window closed on 1 December 2025, during a period when I was actively awaiting a resolution from your support teams. I now have no option to initiate a return through standard channels, leaving me with a product that does not match the listed specifications. A clear explanation for why the original issue was closed without contacting me. I am extremely disappointed with the handling of this matter so far. As a long-time Amazon customer, I did not expect such a response for a high-value purchase.

I get help from Senior Support Staff- ‘Nesara’. She helped me to setup printer and help to get started online over the phone. Happy with the support I received. Setup WiFi printing was easy. Nice printer
